Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Clarkes Collectables. We really appreciate your business, We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our Antiques and Collectables.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Clarkes Collectables. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Clarkes Collectables, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Clarkes Collectable's Privacy Policy.
 

Shipping

We at Clarkes Collectables commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best quality items. Every single item that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with the utmost care and quality safe packaging. We do this to ensure that you receive the item as stated.

 

Shipping is to be paid by you ( the customer ) and all shipping will be tracked and signed to ensure a safe journey of the item

All shipping will be sent in new packaging boxes with bubble wrap and poly chips for security

Returns and Refunds

Returns

You have the right to return your item within 14 working days from the day after you receive it.

Products returned for refund must be in the condition they were in when they were delivered and in their original packaging. 

Where goods have been damaged in transit you should notify us of this fact within 14 working days with pictures of the item and the box it was delivered in to ensure a quick solution to the problem

 

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.  Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Returns and Refunds for Damaged in transit or lost items

We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item.

 

We take utmost care while packaging the items such that the items will not get damaged during transit, but on the very rare occasion where an item has been damaged in transit (or lost) please contact us with photos of the box and damaged items (do not discard the box until I have received the pictures to enable us to claim from Royal Mail) we can then support you through the claims process where items are covered by the postage insurance.

Returns and Refunds ~ Change of mind etc

You have the right to return your item within 14 working days from the day after you receive it. Products returned for refund must be in the condition they were in when they were delivered and in their original packaging
 

If you would like to return an item that you simply do not like or you have changed your mind then return postage must be paid by you (the buyer) (even if the shipping was free to you when you bought the item) and the item must be sent tracked and signed to ensure safe return of said item
 

As soon as we receive the item back we will inspect it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase back to your original funding source. Your refund make take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when the refund has been actioned.
